Return Policy

Before a part can be returned, you must call (936) 539-5305 or email us at onlinesales@tertexas.com and obtain a return authorization.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Any packages refused by the purchaser will incur all shipping costs charged back to TER Texas. We will not accept C.O.D. deliveries for shipped returns.

Any parts returned to TER Texas are subject to a restocking fee. Parts must be received within 30 days of initial shipment to qualify for a refund minus the restocking fee. All parts are subject to inspection and approval prior to a credit being issued. Parts returned in damaged and/or used condition will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense and no refund will be issued. Credit can only be applied to the original credit card used for purchase of the returned part. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Parts returned after 30 days returned to the customer at his or her expense. Returns and exchanges should be shipped to:

Special Order Parts:
Parts that are not commonly stocked at TER Texas and/or must be manufactured are excluded from the standard return policy. Returns for these parts will be handled on a case by case basis and are subject to the specific manufacturer’s return policy and guidelines.
